Building Administration Feedback Survey

Twice a year, building administration are evaluated by the superintendent. This feedback survey is intended to provide stakeholders ( Community member/board member, parent/guardian, student, support staff, teacher)  an opportunity to share their thoughts and observations. The survey is 100% optional and anonymous.

This link will also be provided to grades 5-12 students via their school email account so that they might also provide input.
